Preferred Rate Services
Legal Services
When legal representation becomes a must, NationAir clients enjoy priority access and preferred rates from the industry's top aviation minds. For litigation, we offer the services of Fred Begy III, a principal at Chuhak & Tecson and an aviation law specialist since 1972. A commercial multi-engine rated pilot and flight instructor, Mr. Begy is a leader in all aspects of aviation law and represents NationAir clients for litigation and agency enforcement actions, insurance coverage issues, and aircraft leasing and purchase agreements. Mr. Begy also refers clients to Chuhak & Tecson's expert counsel for asset protection, business succession, asset transfers, and operation and expansion issues, among other areas.
SMS/IS-BAO
NationAir clients receive preferred rates for IS-BAO audits and SMS development from Air Safety Dynamics, led by accredited IS-BAO auditor Rob Little, a former Air Force and commercial pilot with more than 30 years of aviation safety leadership. Standardized SMS plans raise the bar for professionalism, responsibility and sustained commitment to ingrain a safety culture in a diverse general aviation population. SMS can demonstrate the difference between talking a safety culture and practicing it.
IS-BAO certification is part of the future of aviation risk management. As the international standard for flight safety, IS-BAO represents a company's thorough determination to meet safety standards in an increasingly global business environment. For NationAir clients who work with Air Safety Dynamics, IS-BAO certification can improve insurability and reinforce professional standards.
Emergency Response/Family Assistance Plans
Responsible risk management means planning for the unthinkable anywhere across the globe. Compassion, responsibility and competence must emanate from a company from the top down. Crisis Advisors LLC, led by Jason Kelly, counsels NationAir clients on emergency response and family assistance plans at preferred rates. A former director of emergency management for a major airline, Mr. Kelly has directed hundreds of people during several high-profile accidents and crises. Crisis Advisors' services include emergency plans, drills and training; gap analysis; media response; and on-scene advice and safety investigation training.
Family assistance plans should be vital for Part 91 and Part 135 operators, especially those with high-profile or influential passengers, to handle the most critical part of a disaster with care and speed. Crisis Advisors will create response and notification systems and address cultural sensitivities and ethical issues. Expenses related to family assistance may even be covered under the provisions of your insurance policy.
